The Shops at Village Creek, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

The Village Creek development is a revitalized community at the corner of Zane Avenue and Brooklyn Boulevard in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Shingle Creek flows through the development, which in its entirety includes Shingle Creek Park, with its walking trails, picnic areas and amphitheater, over 200 new owner-occupied homes built by Ryland Homes, and three mixed-use buildings.

The first of the three mixed-use buildings is the Shops at Village Creek. Soon to be constructed, the nearly 27,000 sf building is anchored by HCMC Family Clinic and offers retail and office space from 700-7,000 sf.

Conveniently located on Brooklyn Boulevard just north of I-94, Brooklyn Park is a northern gateway to the Twin Cities.
